Today, from the stroke of midnight until midnight tonight (Eastern Time), the LGBTQ community and allies across the country will come together for 24 hours of generosity.
In my local area, the San Luis Obispo County Community Foundation and it's Growing Together Fund is asking for donations to support their mission of addressing the needs of the county's LGBT community and creating a permanent endowment to ensure ongoing support for local LGBT organizations and issues.
